Every driver associated with Balaji Tours and Travels goes through a rigorous onboarding and ongoing training program before being assigned to any corporate client. We don't believe in shortcuts — a well-trained driver is the single most important safety asset in any vehicle.

Our regular training sessions are conducted at our Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar facility and across our Pan-India associate network. Sessions cover defensive driving, customer handling, emergency response, compliance, and professional conduct — all documented and monitored.

Police Verification — No Exceptions

Every driver submits to background verification with local police before enrollment. We maintain verification records for all 350+ associates.

Valid Commercial Vehicle Licence

All drivers hold valid commercial vehicle licences specific to the vehicle category they operate — sedans, SUVs, vans, or coaches.

Fatigue Management & Responsible Driving

Identifying fatigue signs, mandatory rest breaks for long trips, night driving techniques, and reporting protocols for unfit-to-drive situations.

Vehicle Inspection & Preventive Maintenance

Daily pre-trip inspection checklist — tyres, brakes, lights, fuel, interiors. Identifying maintenance issues early and reporting to operations team.

Professional Grooming, Etiquette & Conduct

Uniform standards, personal hygiene, mobile phone etiquette during trips, handling sensitive corporate passengers, and maintaining client confidentiality.

Safe Long-Distance & Highway Driving

Expressway driving, overtaking discipline, toll procedures, night highway driving, and managing long-distance intercity corporate travel safely.

First Aid & Emergency Preparedness

Basic first aid, managing medical emergencies in-vehicle, CPR awareness, and connecting passengers to emergency services promptly.
